We're a small team — on purpose. Decisions are made fast, recipes are tested honestly, and you're usually one message away from one of us.

Muhammad brings 20 years of experience in rice trading — importing and exporting across markets. He knows biryani from the grain up: what a great basmati looks, smells, and cooks like. At the Qabila, he leads sourcing, kitchen operations, and the hard-won relationships that make our food consistent.

A Machine Learning Engineer at Colossyan by day, a lifelong entrepreneur the rest of the time. Ahmad opened his first business — a small general store — in 5th grade at age twelve, and ran it alongside school. That same instinct is what he now brings to Biryani Qabila: systems, craft, and a bias for getting things done.

How It Started

A trader, an engineer, and a shared obsession with good food.

Muhammad has spent 20 years in the rice trade — moving grain across borders, learning every variety, every mill, every harvest. If there's one person who should be cooking biryani professionally in Pakistan, it's someone who knows rice like a language.

Ahmad's story is different. He started his first business at twelve — a small general store, running alongside 5th-grade homework. That habit of building never stopped. Today he's a Machine Learning Engineer at Colossyan, and Biryani Qabila is the serious side-business he's pouring that same energy into.

Different backgrounds, one obsession: serving honest food at a standard we'd be proud to feed our own families. That's the whole idea.
